Villa is furnished to a high, modern standard throughout. The kitchen is fitted with all the modern appliances you would expect in a luxury villa including gas hob, oven, dishwasher, large fitted fridge / freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and a large range of kitchen utensils. The villa is also provided with a washing machine situated in a separate convenient utility cupboard with an iron and ironing board. The large circular inside dining table has six chairs. The spacious open plan living area has two large sofas, coffee tables, Android box internet TV, ultra modern flatscreen and HD DVD player. There is a Wii fit with Balance Board and Golf attachment. Also free full WiFi and an iPod5+/iPad dock. The light and sunny living and dining areas have patio doors opening up onto the large veranda which overlooks the large swimming pool and well stocked garden. The pool side of the house, including balconies, faces in the direction of the ocean. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a king sized bed, balcony and a large en suite bathroom with a bath with shower, basin/mirror/dresser and large storage cupboards. There are two further bathrooms (with shower cubicles, wc, washbasins, mirrors), one upstairs and one downstairs (this one being handy for the swimming pool and patio). Bedroom three also has a balcony overlooking the pool and sea views. All three bedrooms have fully fitted built in wardrobes, dressing tables, mirrors and their own air conditioning units. All windows and patio doors upstairs have child proof locks which allow you to ventilate without the children falling out of the windows. Villa has two large solar panels on the roof which due to the amount of sun in Cyprus boosts the 200 litre hot water supply very effectively so there is always a plentiful supply of piping hot water to supply the three bath and shower rooms, kitchen, washing machine, and dishwasher etc. If lots of people are showering in succession there is an electric immersion heater to boost the tank but this is hardly ever needed even in winter. There are 2 floor standing fans. There is a ceramic convector heater for winter use.
Leading from the living room is a spacious veranda complete with table and two chairs for morning coffee. Next to this is a pergola with outdoor wicker patio seating and coffee table for six. Next to the pool are six sun loungers to help you unwind and relax. These within a private garden to ensure you go home with the all important tan. In the heat of the day there is plenty of space to sit or lie in the shade of the veranda and pergola. The outstanding feature of the garden is the large beautiful swimming pool which is very inviting during the hot summer months. Villa also has a fantastic sunny back patio which is surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and is ideal for eating outside as it is right outside the kitchen windows and door making it easy for serving food. There is a full sized outdoor dining table and 6 chairs. It is great for sunny breakfasts , afternoon teas or dining on those hot summer nights, as it has outside lighting in the surrounding vegetation. The location of this villa at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac ensures the garden and pool offer an excellent level of privacy for you to enjoy the ample outdoor space. There is an Australian Outback gas BBQ. Please note: As the pool is private to the villa there is no lifeguard so children should never be left playing in the pool unsupervised. There is ample parking to the front of the villa in the road. Also a playhouse and children's outdoor toys. We now have a colour changing LED underwater pool light, and recently the pool has been upgraded to a salt water system, which means there is no stinging of the eyes while swimming!
